This past Wednesday, Rebecca gave an informative and spirited presentation on some of her own fundamental design tips during the Women’s Connection Luncheon at the Rancho Bernardo Inn.

Attendees learned important  “DIY” design tips focused on making the most out of their homes. From arranging home accessories to Window Treatments and “How To’s” on hanging art, Rebecca shared how those details are successfully carried out in her own practice. Here’s one of Rebecca’s favorite design tips;

Hanging Artwork: When hanging art  make sure the height and width fits proportionally in the space where you are placing it. Vertical art should be hung  in spaces that can accommodate height and  horizontal art should be placed in spaces  that can accommodate width. The illustrations below indicate which sizes and shapes are an appropriate fit.
